Please include a  copy of the receipt, the reason for the return, full contact information (including your return address) in case we need to contact you.

If you do not have a receipt, you may contact NS Novelties at NSNWarranty@NSNovelties.com for further instruction. A receipt is needed to validate the date of purchase and your eligibility for a warranty claim.

Once we receive your return, a replacement will be dispatched to you.
